Hi,

I am new to using Project Server, but i was wondering how easy it is to set
up a reporting tool within the system that would allow me to set up reports
that would show me how my resources (in this case, staff ) are being
utilized and also at the same time show their availibility.

In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
you don't have to set up any type of custom reporting to see the information
you seek. Instead, navigate to the Resource Center page in PWA, select one
or more resources, and then click either the View Availablility button or
the View Assignments button. Hope this helps.
