Please can anyone explain if there is a repository feature as part of
Visio for Enterprise Architects?

I have searched old message posts but the only thing I can find is
related to selecting "Microsoft DBM Repository" under "Database \
Generate". This option does not appear to me, is there something I am
missing?

Many thanks in advance for any help with this.

There is no repository support. Visio used to support DBM repository, but
it has been dropped since Visio 10.
