Repost: Default/standard company stationery for all users?

Hi all,

Is it possible to set a default/standard stationery for all users in
Outlook? I have a Windows 2003 domain with Small Busniss Server 2003 and
therefor also Exchange 2003. The client computers use Outlook 2003.

I have installed the Outlook Policy Template Files (outlk11.adm) from the
Office 2003 Resource Kit in order to try to accomplish this via a Group
Policy Object, but I cannot find a proper setting. There is a setting for
Stationery Fonts, but that setting can only be used for stationery font
options.

If this is indeed not possible via a Group Policy, is there a way to do this
via Exchange Server or is there any other way to accomplish this?
