Repost: Hyperlink data type to open Access form?

Supposedly the native Access hyperlink datatype is supported by recent
editions of the OWC. However, when the pivot table is used on an
Access form, the only hyperlink data type values that seem to work are
those that are to be opened in a web browser. Normally Access allows
one to open an Access form via a hyperlink. Is the support for
hyperlink datatypes therefore incomplete, or is there something I'm
missing?
