repost of "installing components for Microsoft word"

On the second or third opening of word, I get this message.

Installing components for Microsoft Word
Installing: Microsoft Word feature
Cancel

I have to slip in my cd for office 10. I have microsoft word 10.2627.2625. I
don't know when this started. After the feature is installed, I can open
word fine, but after a few more times, I have to repeat the process. Please
help. I have MS office xp on a laptop running windows xp. I am also blind.

Check your setup to see if you have chosen to install the features locally.

I don't know what that is. Please explain. If what you mean is if I am on a
network, I am not. No what?
