Repost: Office 2002 and default file locations

My default locations can't be changed in Office applications. Could this be
"locked" down somehow?

In XP Pro?

When you refer to default locations what exactly are you wanting to change?
Ie. Is it Tools/Options/File Locations in Word for example.
