REPOST: web toolbar trouble

Hi
eachtime I open a database I created, the "web" toolbar show up in the middle of the windows....>:
I close it (also acting from the view menu and btw I tried anything "conventional" to stop it from showing) but asa I re-open the Db it show up again...
There's a way to send it to Mars and never come back?

try to run at startup of your program:
CommandBars("web").Visible=false
