I've created a custom form and made it the default form for e-mail
messages with Outlook Forms Administrator. Everything works great
except for incoming digitally signed messages. They are opened in what
seems to be the standard Outlook e-mail message form. I want ALL
e-mail messages to open in my custom form. How can I achieve that?

We're using Outlook 2000 and 2002 in both Exchange 2000 and
non-Exchange environment.

You can't. If you look at the message class of signed or encrypted
messages they have a special message class. Changing that message
class to your own custom message class would corrupt the messages.
