Hi all,
I've come across something very strange recently. I am currently working on
a program which also contains a process modeling module. This module uses
Visio for graphical representation of the process structure diagrams. Just
like Jasper posted here before.
The diagrams are generated on demand form a database. Changed made in the
diagrams are written back to the database. But there's something strange,
when I make a model on my computer with my Visio installation every thing
seems to work fine until I try to open a model made on a different computer.
then I just get a tiny little square in the left bottom of my screen
representing the hole model. When I check the model explorer to get a list
with object currently in the drawing all seems to be Ok but I don't get the
shapes represented visually!
If I try it the other way, open a model made on my computer on a different
computer working with the same database as I was during modeling everything
is represented OK ???? So I think it must be something in my Visio instance,
but what I don't know (something with layers maybe?). The data used in both
drawings is the same I checked!
Does anybody know what's going on? Or have any idea where to look for a
solution.
Thanx in advance.
