REPRODUCIBLE BUG: Videos from Windows PPT 2003 don't play (audioOK)

REPRODUCIBLE BUG:

With a presentation created in PowerPoint 2003 Win containing an MPEG is
opened in PowerPoint 2004 Mac, MPEG cannot be played using Movie
Toolbar (Play/Pause button grayed out) and when in Slideshow, only audio
plays, no video (black box only).

Any fixes? Hello Microsoft, anybody there? Is this being addressed?
