Reproducing a document with altering graphics

Hi there,

I have the following question: I have created a report with lots of graphs
and pictures (about 30) which at the moment looks as I want it to look. I
have, however, got to reproduce this report 40 times changing each time the
graphs and pictures and some of the data on the tables included. When I start
pasting the new graphs and pictures they appear unformated and also move
around the document, messing about my formatting. Does that mean I have to
reformant all my graphs and pictures for each of the 40 documents? Could you
please help me if you know how to do this faster?

I would really appreciate it your help as this would take me ages.

sincerely,
fk

You may be able to do it using mailmerge.
