Republish Assignments Issue

I am trying to force some task changes to PWA for my resources. In my other
projects, it will show the box allowing me to edit the message and choose to
become the Manager of the project and stuff... Problem is, with this one
specific project plan, I don't get the message box and the tasks updates are
not being forced out there. Please Help.

Are you doing the following Go to Collaborate>Publish>Republish Assignments ?

Thanks... I have resolved the issue by moving all the tasks into a new
project file.
