Req: Adobe Illustrator Export Format for Visio

Hallo,

please - can anyone help me.

I work with Adobe Illustrator on an Macintosh. What is the correct export
format to open this vector data with Visio.

The export formats I can save are:
emf
tga
dwg
dxf
svgz
svg
swf
wmf

Hello Whanda,

emf and wmf, although being vector based, get opened as images. Otherwise I
believe can import AutoCAD files (dwg,dxf), however I've not tried this
myself.

My recommendation, however, would be to go for svg as the shapes will retain
the actual geometry that you manipulate in Visio. I've used this from
Illustrator and it works very nicely.
