Request advice - Posting a Newsletter

My association Newsletter comes to me as a Microsoft Publisher
document and it always includes graphics, ...('grayscale' photos,
clipart, etc).
I would like to post this newsletter on my Web page (maybe even save a
few snail-mail bucks).

Problem:
How best to put this (6-10 page) document on the web, ....in such a
way that all members can view and/or print their own copy.
A handfull of our members have MS Publisher, many more have MS Word
and the majority have Acrobat Reader.

Preferred solution:
Either, ......put a *.pdf copy of the newsletter on the web
Or, ............anything else that solves the "Problem", ....outlined
above.

Any and all assistance/advice is most welcome

BINGO!... I have to do the same thing for our car-club's newsletter. This solution works the best
for us. We extensively use photos and graphics (newsletter averages 2-3MB). Even for dial-ups, they
can download the .pdf fairly quickly. It also will support color photos. The zoom feature in Acrobat
allows them to read it online easily, and they can print it if they wish.

I have a newsletter recipient's e-mail file- that I send them the URL, username&password for the
protected download's page. We password protect our newsletter- mostly for the classified ads- so
club members that choose the online newsletter- get a first chance at them. The newsletter is then
"released" to the general public for download when the next month's issue gets posted.
