Request for Interview/meeting

I am a seamstress and I need a template (verbiage) outlining that I am
wanting to request an interview/meeting with the manager of a business that I
am interested in showing my product (clothing) to offer for sale in his
establishment. I am not sure if i'm looking for a proposal letter or cover
letter or what. Please help.
