Request for Template to Log Transmittals of Shop Drawings

Small company, new to the computer world. Looking for a template to download
that can be easily used as a database for keeping track of where our shop
drawings go.

Looking to have the following information in the database: Job#, Job name,
date received, date sent out, to whom, whether it's for review, approval , or
for change.
If possible would like three drop down menus where I can place the names of
the names of the subtrades, the clients, and the architects.

I know it's lots to ask for, even if there's something out there that I can
mold in order to fit my requests.

I am working on a workbook, but it may not have all that you need, and
without familiarity with my methods, it would be pretty hard for you to make
very many adaptations.

So, after you DL the sheet, I would need feedback to make any changes.
I will post the link to it once I have completed it. Unless you have
already gotten what it is you need.
