Request info on Groove Core Components Version: 3,1,1,2390

I am currently running Groove Virtual Office File Sharing Edition, Version
3.1a, Build 3.1a.2374, on XPSP2.

When I check for updates I receive a message:

Grove Core Components
Version: 3,1,1,2390
Groove is ready to install updates....

This is the first time an update has been available for almost two years.
- What is in this update? Are there release notes?
- If I accept it will it update to MS Office Groove, or just fix some bugs
in my "classic groove"?

I'm not ready to move to Office Groove yet, so would appreciate some more
info about the update.

This build fixes a couple of problems with using Groove on Windows Vista. The
