request read receipt when merging email

when i send emails from outlook 2007 i can request a read receipt. is there a
way to do this when using the merge feature to individualize emails?

I don't think so. You could TRY setting the default in Outlook to be to
always include a read receipt on the messages before you do the merge
but I've never tried that (mostly because Read Receipts are notoriously
unreliable so I don't bother with them).
