Request simple example of creating OWC Spreadsheet and display

I am looking for a simple example of the basics of creating and displaying a
spreadsheet through OWC. Does anyone have or can point me to a .aspx.vb set
of code which would do this? Thanks.

this is a microsoft provided information pack type thingy
that you can download and install: it provides excellent
examples of OWC charts and you can view/use the code as
well.

Note this is ASP not ASPx but what's an x between friends.
Several unmentionable things actually, especially if she
goes off with your best mate....
