request status:106 error while trying to delete a resource

Issue description:
When I tried to use Admin --> Clean up the Project Server databases
-->Delete resource:
An error message appeared: request status:106

I am using the MSProject Server 2003.I know the steps to dactivate the user,
but need to completely delete the user from PWA.

Kindly update.
