Request: Two-way audio recording

In OneNote, I'd like to be able to easily record a conversation via MSN
Messenger or Skype. Right now the software will only record my half of the
conversation. Because I telecommute to work, I often have conversations via
these programs. I'd love to be able to take notes and have it record the
full conversation.
