Requested Event - BeforeMenu

I strongly encourage that the following event get added:

An event when a menu is about to be displayed. There is the
Application.WindowBeforeRightClick event which does this for a RMB
pop-up menu. But no equivilent when you are about to show a pop-up
from the main menu.
