Requesting Information from Server

I seem to get a lot of messages in Outlook that pop up
telling me it is requesting information from the Server.
It takes about 30 sec and then continues with the work.
Does anyone know why this happens and what it is triggered
by?

Do you know *what* server (by name)? Is it for an HTTP e-mail account
for MSN/Hotmail? Checkout
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;321994 to see if
your Hotmail account inside of Outlook becomes more stable. Is Instant
Messaging turned on (Tools -> Options -> Other)?
