Requesting your help with my problems

I am emailing requesting help with my problems.

Problem 1: Setting Up Administrative Privileges on My Computer
Email me at: (e-mail address removed)
I can't install programs on my computer and I am using Microsoft Windows XP
Professional XP SP2. Each time I install software on my computer it does not
install. I receive a message.
Macromedia Contribute 3.11 Installer Information.
1: "Failed to Install ISKernel Files". "Make sure you have appropriate
privileges on this machine OK". The wizard was interrupted before Macromedia
Contribute 3 could be completely installed. Your system has not been
modified. For example I have tried installing Macromedia Contribute 3.11 and
Macromedia FlashPaper 2 and the installation is failing. Please email me the
procedures/steps I should do on my Windows XP Professional SP2 so that I am
the administrator and acquire administrative privileges so that I am able to
create an installation that will always install software each time I start
installing software on my Computer. Its only one computer no network is
involved. I need to know the steps I should take on my Computer to Acquire
Administrative Privileges so that I can install certain programs on my
computer. I do not have administrative privileges on my computer on which I
want to install new software. I always find that the installation procedure
simply fails. Please how should set the administrative privilege on my PC so
that I can I install software? Software is not installing on my computer.

Problem 2: Start Button and All Icons on My Monitor have reversed possibly
after pressing Ctrl, Alt or other keys by mistake.
Start Button has reversed and appear on the right hand side of my monitor
instead of appearing on the left hand side and all icons appear horizontally
to the left of the reversed Start Button. When I start my computer I notice
that Start Button has reversed and appear on the right hand side of my
monitor, instead of appearing on the left hand side and all icons are
appearing horizontally to the left side of the reversed Start Button. I would
like to restore the altered Start Button and icons to their original
position. Which appropriate methods should I use to do this?
Start Button (All Programs) on my Monitor has been reversed to the right
hand side and the Icons on the monitor are now arranged horizontally to the
left of Start. I want Start to be reversed to the original position the left
hand side and the Icons should appear vertically above the Start.
Please help me with the solutions to help solve my problem
Start and All Icons on My Monitor have reversed. I want to restore them to
their previous state. Please help me to do this.

I am facing untold difficulties I have to turn my monitor the other way
round so that Start can appear at the left hand side and begin using the
monitor when I have logged on. Please I want Start and all the Icons on my
Monitor to return to their original state on the left hand side. Please help
me achieve this.
