Require Blood sugar template in METRIC scale for Canada

I require an Excel template in METRIC, with diagram of blood glucose
readings-for diabetic use. No metric found with Microsoft listings.

Maybe you can convert your own template. " 1 mmol/L = 18 mg/dL, "
Millimoles per liter (mmol/L) is the way the world (including most of the
scientific community) shares blood glucose concentrations.
