require subject line in outlook

In Outlook Express, if the subject line was not filled in I would get a pop
up when I went to send the email asking if I really wanted that left blank.
Is there a way to do that in Outlook? I tried to find it in the preference
but had no luck. Thanks.

According to RFC 2822, the Subject header is optional. It may appear a
minimum of zero times or a maximum of one time. The omission of a
Subject header does not violate e-mail standards. Even when it is used,
there is no stipulation as to what string must be used, so it can even
be empty. In this regard, Outlook is RFC compliant while Outlook
Express is not (and Microsoft is being overly "helpful" in forcing you
to use a non-blank Subject header in Outlook Express). It is considered
polite to include a non-blank Subject header; however, it is not
required. Don't expect different products to behave similarly. Outlook
and Outlook Express are not related products, they are not siblings of
each other, and OE is not a "lite" version of Outlook. Outlook is
geared for corporate use whereas Outlook Express is geared for personal
use.
