Required formating for Word to insert 6 pictures without overlap

Want to setup a word doc with 2 columns that pictures can be inserted into,
without overlap.

I set up the table, but pictures do not go from 1 cell to the next without
overlap. They come in "Full" Sized and then need to be resized to fit the
cell.

Table, properties, specify the size you want for each cell, change the inches to
exactly. Your pictures should fit. You can adjust the table properties.
