I receive the following message when attempting to open
Word 2000 in WinXP Home. The program open fine when I
use it, but when another user logs onto the comp, it
generates the following error:

Required registry information is missing and this
application cannot run. Please run setup to correct this
problem

I found the following artice on the knowledge base,
however, neither of the cause conditions exist on my comp:
kberrmsg KB303252

Help please.

You could try reregistering Word. See
