required software?

i am building a website that requires a database and i am wanting to know
what software would be the best choice(s) for me?

the database needs to consist of an accounts page, login, a page where they
member can post some info, and the ability for someone to search the posted
info

i have basic access skills, average dreamweaver skills, and almost zero
server knowhow

i want to know the best way to go about creating my database and being able
to integrate it into my website?

This is more of a web development question than an Access question. You might
want to search the web on ASP, ColdFusion, .NET, PHP, etc.

Your database decision will depend on the intended traffic level. Access can
handle dozens of concurrent users but as demands get higher, consider a
database server technology such as SQL Server.
