REQUIRED UPDATES not installing.

I keep getting Installation Unsuccessful! Not sure why? I did a search for
each download, and repeatedly here is what I found: The download you
requested is unavailable. If you continue to see this message when trying to
access this download, go to the "Search for a Download" area on the Download
Center home page. REQUIRED UPDATES are: Security Update for Office 2007
(KB934062) , Security Update for Word 2000 (KB934392) , Security Update
for Excel 2000 (KB934447) , Security Update for Office 2000 (KB934526)
