Requirements to get up and running with Microsoft Project Server 2

Can someone help a newby understand exactly what is needed for me to get up
and running in a network environment. Then, one specific I already can ask
about is Microsoft Office Project Web Access. Is it a separate application I
must buy, or is it part of Project Server 2003?

Project Web Access is the Web-based interface to Project Server, viewable in
the Internet Explorer. You do not need to purchase PWA because it is a
feature of Project Server. Hope this helps.
