Requiring Sharepoint in 2003 for confirmation form

I have been trying to figure out why I can't send an email confirmation now
that I started using fp 2003. In 2002 I could create a confirmation form
that emailed the results from an html file confirmation form (I tried to use
a asp confirmation form but still no results). Not I just get a Frontpage
error message. I am using frontpage 2003 with xp pro with the latest service
patches. I sent the message as a test file. Do I need Sharepoint to do this
now? I don't think that is a option for my service provider Interland.

This used to work with 2002.

Sharepoint is not needed. The FP 2002 (or 2000) server extensions are
required.
