Rersistent problem with Outlook 2007, when replying to an e-mail.

When ever I reply to an e-mail I get the followin partial error messag,
"The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'Norma Garcia' on 8/9/2007 1:51 PM
550 relaying blocked, read new mail, add 69.44.226.30 to
forwarding or enable smtp authentication in yo "

I dod not get this error if I start a new message.

Make sure you're properly authenticating to the outgoing server.
