Is there any way to reschedule or push multiple appointments forward to next
day in one move ?? Any way to "select" multiples and drag/move them ??

I'm not aware of any add-ons that will allow you to update a group of
appointments. Export to excel, make the change and import is one method.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions..., but it seems more work than dropping & dragging individually... Anyone out there with an answer ???

Yeah, if there are a few, its easier to move them one at a time or in a
group but if you have hundreds and they are all moving by the same amt, its
easier in Excel.

BTW - did you try using right click, drag?

I have Outlook 2003 and I can select multiple appointments, but if I
try
to drag them...only the one under mouse will move. I still need an
answer (any add-ons??)
