research dictionary will not install

Hello,
I will just go right away to my problem. I just installed Office and tring
to lookup words in the program (word) gives and error, the installer tries
to
install some necessary files then it gives a message stating that it can't
install these files, and that the installer in busy to try again later.
After this each time the mouse is clicked inside the window it tries again
to complete the installation

All help is appreciated
