HI all,
I'm a graduate student at San Jose State University who is doing some research into the "open source" software movement. I have the following questions for the members of the Microsoft Office community:
1. Do you think Microsoft Office is better than OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org/)? Why or why not?
2. Do you think OpenOffice is compatible with Microsoft Office (and your values, beliefs, and needs)? Why or why not?
3. Do you think OpenOffice is more complex than Microsoft Office? Why or why not?
4. How easy do you think it would be to experiment with OpenOffice on a limited basis?
5. How observable is OpenOffice in your everyday life?
Thank you for your time,
Kirt
