Research?

I got a copy of this for free on campus (thanks Microsoft) and I am trying to
figure it out before school starts in two weeks or so. If I hit research
nothing comes up. Is there something I need to download or what? I think it
would be a great feature if I could get it to work. Thanks.

When you select Tools | Research a new Task Pane should appear. It should
contain a search field and then a dropdown containing several online search
sources (dictionaries, encyclopedias, web searches, etc.) which require a
web connection.

That's what *should* appear when using that feature. What are you
seeing/what is missing?
