Resend and edit email as an attachment

I regularly recieve email messages (.msg) as attachments that I need t
open, edit and send. Is there a simple script I can use to do this?
I've read some that are close, but not quite there. Any help will b
greatly appreciated

Good old VB would let you do this. There will be a bit of work to put
something together.

The best way is to get VB to run as a macro from within Outlook.
