Resend icon is gone

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hello!

In another post was a complaint about the Resend icon being eliminated from Entourage 2008.

This is a huge pain for me because I used it VERY often in 2004 and still will in 2008.

One of the replies in one of the other posts about this was:

You can add a keyboard short cut to this in System Preferences.

This didn't help me. I need to add the Resend icon back into the toolbar.

How do I do this?

The icon is not available in 2008. Sorry! There is no way to make a custom
icon to add to the tool bar. Your only option is to use the Menu bar to
select this option or revert to 2004.
