Reset Admin Password

Is there a way to reset the admin password. I keep
getting Error 5005 with any login. We had the server
dormant for 5 months...and no one can remember the
password.

We can logon to the local Admin account and the domain
admin account...but cannot get by the login screen once
trying to open project server administration.

Go into the project databases from your SQL server manager and then find
your db. Click on tables. Scroll on the right side down until you find
tablename: WEB_RESOURCES or maybe MSP_WEB_RESOURCES. Right click it and
select open table> return all rows. Find the administrator record and then
find the column heading WRES_PASSWORD. Save the existing cell data in a
wordpad file in case you have to revert to it. Blank this cell. Do not
<Null>, but leave it blank. Save and try it again.
