Reset color palette

Guys, I managed to mess up my standard colors palette while
experimenting with setting RGB colors. Is there a way to reset the
palette to its standard set of colors? Lacking that, specifically I
corrupted the 8th color, which evidently is colorindex 7. Since the
palette is kept by each workbook, if I open a new workbook, how do I
determine the RGB setting for colorindex(7)?
