"Reset formatting" ? (Win = Ctrl+Space)

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I'm new to Office:Mac (and in English aswell), I don't know the specific name of the function, but it "resets" the formatting e.g. copied into the document to the original document's formatting
At Windows (Office03) this was Ctrl+Space.

Whats the hotkey/shortcut in Office:mac08?
Thanks in advance.

Same in Office 2008 -- Control + Spacebar...

Just make sure that Mac OS is not "stealing" your keystrokes. Mac OS X
occupies a lot more keystrokes than Windows, and the OS X key assignments
take precedence over the application's key assignments.

Cheers

Thank you. I changed my keystroke to spotlight to cmd+space instead of ctrl+space, and it works in Word now.

Thanks!

Is there a "button" er something like that to do the same thing as the Ctrl+Space does?

In keyboard/Mouse control panel you can reassign key combinations if
necessary.

Edit>Clear>Clear formats...

But that one may be more than you need. It removes ALL formatting, the text
reverts to Normal style.
