Reset Outlook 2003 to the default view?

I tried running outlook.exe /cleanviews but it still gave me a collapsed
view. I am not sure what happened - but i must have dragged something and
now can't read a few lines of the message in the Inbox section.

Enable the Advanced toolbar and look at the Views dropdown box -- what view
does it say you are in?

Thanks Jocelyn - i called the help desk and after 1.5 hours we figured out
that my profile was corupted. I had to set up a new profile, with all that
entails. I am all set now, albeit several hours later...
