Reset password back to blank?

I set up all users with no password. Once a user creates their password, is
there any way to reset it back to blank? It appears that I must reset it to
at least 8 characters. I would like to reset it back to blank.

Log into PWA with admininstrator permissions, then click Admin - Manage
Security - User Authentication. Specify the minimum password length as 0
characters and click the Save Changes button. Hope this helps.
