Reset Word macro security settings.

Word 2003 V11.6359.6360 SP1

The problem on my work computer is that my Word Macro Security settings are
set to Very High and I can't change this. I want to set it to LOW. I am the
administrator of my PC.

I can change the setting to LOW, but when I restart Word, the setting is
back to Very High.
