I bought two copies of Office (that top of the line edition) last year, and installed both on my wife's and my laptops. This past weekend I had to replace her hard drive and reinstall Office. I accidentally reused my Office I.D., and now Office won't let both of us run programs at the same time.
HOW DO I RESET THE USER I.D., SO THAT BOTH I.D.'S ARE USED? MY LAPTOP INSISTS ON RETAINING THE SAME USER I.D.
