When I click on the toolbox icon at the top of the application all of the formatting options do not show when the interface opens up. How can I reset this so that they all show up again?

Sorry, Kenner, but the Toolbox consists of several Palettes all of which
have groups of features as well as contextual items which only appear if
certain conditions exist. Unless you can be far more explicit about what's
missing & which palette it's missing from it's impossible to hazard even a
wild guess as to what might be wrong let alone how to correct it -- there
is no singular "reset" button for the Toolbox.

It's also important to know exactly what your update level is or both Office
& OS X if something about the program's performance is in question.

Thank you. I believe that I was just experiencing the contextual characteristics that you referred to.
