resize attached pictures

How to set up Outlook 2000 to AUTOMATICALLY REZISE ATTACHED PHOTOS from the
bigger sizes (2 or 3 MB for example...) doen to 100KB more suitable for
emailing. Outlook Express is doing that but I cannot find that feature in
Outlook 2000. Please help if you can and send copy of the reply/help to thoks
email address below.
