Resize background or make org chart boxes smaller?

Hi,
(Working with Visio 2003 SP. Someone else created this chart+background).

I have added a new box, and this box now exceeds the background. I have
tried to resize the background with no luck. (I have already unprotected the
background and tried to drag the handles).

If I cannot make the background bigger, can I then make all the text boxes
smaller so they fit the background? I want them to look like they do now,
just want them smaller, so it fits nicely with the background.

menu Organization Chart -> Options -> Shape Display
and set the shape height and width.
