Resize Cells

Using Excel 2007 and someone sent me a worksheet with weird size cells. I
just want to change all the cell sizes back to a normal default. (I am not an
Excel user for the most part) How do I do this?

CTRL + a to select all cells then...........

Try unchecking merged cells from Home Tab>Alignment Section>Click on Merge
Cells Icon dropdown.

Choose "Unmerge cells"
